MaryAnne Erickson is certified Intrinsic® Health and Wellness Coach with 18 years of experience working with individuals and organizations who is devoted to providing a source of empowerment, motivation, encouragement, inspiration, and education so that others may lead the healthiest and most active lives possible.
Here are the topics MaryAnne covered at the seminar.
Jennifer Joswiak is an Eau Claire native who has overcome obstacle after obstacle. Her weight has been a challenge since she was a child. At the age of 15, Jennifer was in a serious car accident that resulted in a partial amputation of her left arm. Years later, Jennifer found herself in an abuse relationship and her weight skyrocketed. By her own doing, Jennifer decided it was time to take care of herself and become healthy and happy. Her story touched many and Jennifer is proof that you can live the life you want.
Jennifer has agreed to be available via email for questions from and motivation for Challenge Participants. Email Jennifer.
Lisa Rambo graced our stage at the February Health Seminar. As many of you know, Lisa was a contestant on Season 14 of The Biggest Loser. If you have never heard Lisa speak before, make sure to attend an event where she is speaking about her story. Lisa is truly an inspiration to all. While on the ranch, Lisa said, "I didn't come here to get skinny. I came here to get strong!" And that is indeed what she did. Find out more about Lisa by visiting her website, Losing It With Lisa.
